NCAB Group Inc. is a global leader in the Printed reputed company Board (PCB) industry, and they are looking for a dedicated Entry Level Account Manager to join their team. The role involves serving as the primary reputed company of contact for customers and managing accounts throughout the sales cycle while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, reputed company sales, and technical sales teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales cycle—from order placement to fulfillment
- reputed company exceptional communication and negotiation skills to ensure seamless customer experiences

Skills
- Proven experience in account management or inside sales with a track record of reputed company
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage long sales/order cycles
- Exceptional communication—comfortable picking up the phone and engaging directly with customers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in business or reputed company field required or equivalent experience
- Experience with order entry/reputed company systems is a plus
- Knowledge of the Printed reputed company Board (PCB) industry is preferred, but not required
