HR Coordinator

The reputed company Coordinator is responsible for assisting with tracking and maintaining reputed company required personnel file documentation, processing payroll, maintaining employee benefits systems and files, responding to inquiries relating to benefits, reputed company, new hire and orientation processing, and providing administrative support for the reputed company reputed company department. You will need strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR principles.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to answer employee questions and/or concerns regarding reputed company Resource policy, procedures, or employee handbook interpretations
  • Assists Managers and/or Supervisors with employee inquiries
  • Ensures new hires have successfully completed new hire paperwork and benefits paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with reputed company federal and state laws.
  • Ensure reputed company new hires receive notification of benefit enrollment, assist if needed in the enrollment process, assist in reputed company Enrollment.
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Creating reputed company plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Providing detailed notes and information to HR leadership for taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Run background, MVR and drug checks on potential candidates, schedule Physicals reputed company needed, assist with organizing and preparing for orientation.
  • Accurately track and report PTO for reputed company, including communication to new hires and adding it to their reputed company file.
  • Provides employment verification information including I-9.
  • Implement management directed policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry of reputed company new hire information into reputed company and Service Titan
  • Assist with reputed company/offboarding
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Associates in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field, or 3 years reputed company Resource experience.
  • reputed company knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Possess effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential reputed company with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Ability to establish a professional and productive rapport with internal and external partners including employees, management, broker, carriers, and customers.
