Accounts Receivable- B2B Collections- In Office/Hybrid

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a vital role in managing delinquent accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with payment terms to support the company's financial health.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact assigned customers for delinquent receivables and document communication to maintain account history in system of record
• reputed company successful relationships with customer contacts and sales
• Applies knowledge and understanding of individual customer accounts to reputed company and effectively handle account balance inquiries, resolve account problems, billing disputes, and other issues as needed to reputed company quality customer service
• Negotiate payment from delinquent customers to maintain receivables reputed company reputed company by ensuring overall compliance with credit terms
