This role involves coordinating reputed company interview logistics to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple functions, reputed company, and time zones (primarily reputed company reputed company Teams)
• Partner closely with Corporate Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to align on interview plans and logistics
• Manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy and efficiency, often balancing competing priorities and last-minute changes
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a best-in-class, high-touch experience
• Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, agendas, and relevant materials to reputed company participants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity and interview details reputed company the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and proactively reputed company to reputed company the process moving reputed company
• Support coordination of panel interviews and debrief sessions

Skills
