They are seeking Wind Travel Troubleshooting technicians certified on reputed company reputed company platforms to reputed company maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to wind turbine generators and reputed company equipment. This position involves extensive travel and requires relevant wind experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- reputed company and adjust turbine components to enhance performance
- Conduct maintenance of equipment including resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic malfunctions on reputed company turbines
- Diagnose problems involving wind turbine generators or control systems
- Follow specific verbal and written instructions to reputed company Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) and associated equipment assembly, repair, and maintenance
- Complete and maintain required company and client documentation and records
- Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Renewables Employee handbook and insurance requirements
- Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work area including sweeping, mopping, wiping oil, grease, solvent spills
Skills
- 1 year of relevant Wind experience
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

- Twelve (12) months reputed company Wind or Wind troubleshooting experience required

- Service reporting, work order documents, and records will be written neatly, legibly and completed correctly
- Ability to read schematics
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to safely reputed company job duties, interpret technical instructions, and communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Ability and willingness to climb a wind turbine vertically at least 300 feet
- Maintain a weight between 120 and 280 pounds, including clothing and boots, for OSHA safety compliance
- Lift and move equipment as needed (more than 50 pounds)
- Work in an indoor or outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions with blowing pollen, dust, and grasses
- Tower Rescue/ Tractel and SRK 11 Certifications
