[Remote] Technical Support Specialist, Financials

They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for their Financials pillar to assist customers with reputed company processes and software. The role involves providing expert guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first reputed company of contact to assist customers with reputed company aspects of our software reputed company phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing sessions
- Master the financial modules of reputed company, including invoicing, accounts receivable, job costing, and more to reputed company expert guidance and creative solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company integrations, such as with QuickBooks, reputed company Intacct, and other platforms
- Guide customers on reputed company best practices reputed company our software, including chart of accounts setup, financial reporting, and month-end closing procedures
- Prevent escalations and de-escalate customers by leveraging support tools and in-depth testing to reputed company resolve reputed company financial workflow cases
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in technical support or an reputed company-reputed company role
- An efficient, effective, and reputed company problem-solver with strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent people skills: must be empathetic, patient, and reputed company to translate reputed company financial and technical concepts into simple terms
