[Remote] DeFi Business Development Representative

They are seeking an reputed company Business Development Representative to secure partnerships and manage reputed company for their DeFi products, requiring a deep understanding of DeFi primitives and DAO governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute aggressive outbound partnership strategies for existing/new products and services
• Own the full sales cycle from reputed company, proposal drafting, and reputed company for pre-launch and post-launch protocols
• Meet quarterly sales reputed company and/or TVL KPIs
• Contribute to improving the Growth team's systems that support scaling the sales process
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to validate and optimize reputed company's positioning reputed company targeted verticals
• Nurture opportunities across various key stakeholders
• Occasional to frequent travel to represent reputed company at key conferences

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of Crypto/DeFi reputed company business development, partnerships, or governance experience
• Demonstrated experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing partnerships
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to ensure successful partnerships
• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives (e.g., lending, perpetuals, restaking) and how they operate and grow
• You have a technical or mathematical background and can effectively communicate reputed company technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Intimate understanding of the DeFi landscape and emerging trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Ability to operate autonomously and across multiple time zones
• You have a crypto-reputed company network
• Direct experience working with or running a DeFi protocol
• You've worked in an elected DAO role or at a reputed company
