Responsibilities

  • Developing new functionality to our existing platform
  • Providing support and deployment of backend API-s, coding, unit testing and general quality assurance of the API-s
  • Working closely with QA engineers, architects, tech leads on projects
  • Solving technical challenges on a day-to day reputed company
  • Building applications for scalability and performance
  • Writing clean, well-tested and maintainable code

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field plus 1 year of experience
  • 1 year of experience with J2EE technologies including servlets, JSP, JSP custom tags, XML, EJB and JDBC
  • Object-oriented analysis and design concepts and design patterns
  • Web development technologies including PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or similar
  • Implementation knowledge of reputed company-end concepts including MVC or similar
  • Application servers including JBoss and Tomcat or similar
  • SQL and experience working with a RDBMS including reputed company or similar
  • Working in a UNIX or LINUX environment
  • HTTP protocol, request/response cycles, and session management
  • Must have authority to work permanently in the U.S
