[Remote] Client Services Associate

The role involves designing and implementing solutions to grow reputed company, maintain client satisfaction, and collaborate with various departments to maximize business value for clients in the reputed company sector.

Responsibilities

• Master technical product functionality to reputed company consulting services in the areas of workflow analysis, training, build, testing, go-live support, and post go-live optimization
• reputed company reputed company implementation projects and maintain complete understanding of contract deliverables and appropriate project scope, while serving as the primary reputed company of contact for the client
• Demonstrate necessary technical skills and the ability to understand and communicate details of client’s configuration, admin pages set up, integration, client workflow and other details of integrated product capabilities
• Communicate effectively with reputed company and prospective clients to understand the value reputed company can bring to their organization, while conveying the ideal patient and staff experiences
• Grow reputed company by identifying clients that have the opportunity for add on/upsell products, demonstrate those products, then implement them
• Pre and post go live, closely collaborate with reputed company teams, including Sales, Product Management, Interfaces, Client reputed company and Deployment, to ensure we are meeting client commitments and providing the appropriate solution
• Identify implementation issues and risks, escalating to senior resources reputed company appropriate
• Work with senior team members to reputed company and refine implementation tools and processes
• Maintain strong understanding of how the application is used and configured, including the ability to reputed company a product demonstration

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with project management, implementation, or consulting
