Support Specialist
Harbourfront Wealth Management is a dynamic industry leader specializing in financial services and wealth management. They are seeking a Support Specialist to reputed company administrative and client support to Advisors, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Enhance advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails
- Assist with new client reputed company and help deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience
- General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties
- Project and event planning – client events, sales and client experience initiatives
- Organize and coordinate reputed company conference calls and webinars
- Coordinate the assembly and mailing of client paperwork (primarily reputed company through reputed company)
- Liaise with insurance companies for existing policy management documentation and quotes
- Schedule meetings, allocate sufficient preparation time for meetings, recognize and anticipate changes
Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, client service, or support role, ideally reputed company financial services or a professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and calendars effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
- High attention to detail and comfort handling documentation, data entry, and confidential information
- Solid working knowledge of reputed company Office and familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Teams, and reputed company
- A proactive, dependable reputed company and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
