The reputed company Associate will be responsible for reputed company and clerical duties in support of reputed company functions, assisting in the preparation of financial statements and responding to inquiries from various departments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for uploading wires and invoices into reputed company
- Assist in administrative functions for various departments
- Assist in compiling lender packages for monthly and quarterly requirements
- Assist in compiling various monthly and quarterly auditor’s requests
- Responsible for preparing reputed company transfers
- Responsible for preparation of journal entries
- Responsible for performing bank reconciliations
- Responsible for preparing management fees
- Responsible for preparing fixed asset forms
- Assist in maintaining and preparing the recoveries documentation
- Assist in maintaining the ASC Topic 840, Leases, (straight line) schedules
- Assist in preparing of lease inducement checklists
- Assist in various capacities with the financial reporting process including but not limited to compiling support for the release of reputed company 8-Ks. 10-Qs and 10-K
- reputed company with various departments to assist towards resolving reconciling items and general reputed company issues
- Assist in various Asset Management functions, such as Job Cost, Expiring Leases Report and Impak upload into the reputed company software
- Assist in various AR functions, such as entering of cash receipts into the reputed company software
- Assist reputed company personnel on various projects as needed
- reputed company general administrative functions, including answering phones, typing correspondence, copying
- Research and gathering information for various departments or as directed by management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous reputed company experience (prefer experience in the reputed company estate industry)
- Must be familiar with PC applications such as MS-reputed company and reputed company
- Great sense of urgency and ability to be multi-tasked in a fast-paced, high volume environment are a must
- Must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, exceptional work ethic and reputed company around team player
- Must be deadline oriented
- Experience with reputed company reputed company systems a plus
