They are seeking a Tailored reputed company Support Specialist to reputed company remote support to Financial Advisors by handling inquiries, preparing appointments, and processing account transactions.
Responsibilities
- Providing solutions in response to incoming/outgoing telephone calls and written correspondence from reputed company teams, in both an independent and team structure considering different variables such as legal/regulatory guidelines and risk to the firm; Associate will not reputed company solutions, guidance and recommendations on the suitability of investments as it pertains to clients

- Organize and protect FA time by maintaining meeting schedules and/or screening phone calls; Review/Help FA set up time blocking to allocate time for specific business building activities

- Partner with FA in preparing for client appointments, setting up SOPs in the reputed company and sharing proven best practices

Skills
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience working in the financial services industry; Prior/reputed company BOA experience at reputed company is preferred, but not required
- Previous understanding of the financial advisor role or ability to quickly learn and apply technical information regarding financial advisor role, reputed company systems, and financial services industry is critical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to respond and adapt to callers and peers with appropriate tone, organized thoughts, and confidence; Ability to respond to written correspondence in a clear, succinct manner using correct grammar, spelling and format
- Organizational and time management skills are essential with ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks using seasoned judgment, and follow up appropriately to resolve client/prospect issues quickly and effectively
- Capable of working in a fast paced, team oriented environment, quickly learning and applying new information
- Strong computer skills are required, including effective use of reputed company Office applications
- Mandarin or French preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
