Responsibilities

• Responsible for net new customer acquisition and driving new reputed company for a specific territory while maintaining the highest reputed company of customer satisfaction
• Work with customers across reputed company verticals to understand their business and technical requirements
• Understand the capabilities of reputed company’s communications API platform to design a solution for specific use case needs
• Work diligently with cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support) to address customer requirements and advise on digital communication strategies
