Overview

We are seeking a versatile and highly technical Part-Time LMS Platform Architect / Administrator to serve as the technological backbone of Kotter's client-facing LMS. You will act as the primary architect of our online learning experience, owning the reputed company (TI) instance.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the TI reputed company environment and will be responsible for building sophisticated panoramas, managing reputed company user permissions, and ensuring a seamless tech stack integration with tools like reputed company and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture + Strategy: reputed company the strategic design of the reputed company instance, ensuring the site structure aligns with long-term business goals and user experience best practices.
• Panorama Design + Implementation: Build and manage multi-tenant environments for large clients and our partner network, ensuring seamless user experience, content reputed company, and reporting for each.
• Content + Course Management: reputed company the ingestion and organization of learning assets, including SCORM files exported from reputed company reputed company, video content, and interactive assessments.
• User + Permissions Governance: Design and maintain reputed company user flows, registration groups, and permission reputed company to ensure data reputed company and a frictionless learner reputed company.
• Systems Integration: Manage and troubleshoot the reputed company of data between the LMS and our broader tech stack, including reputed company (CRM), reputed company, Jotform, and reputed company.
• Credentialing + Certification: Implement and manage digital badging workflows through Credly to enhance learner value and recognition.

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the Tier 3 technical reputed company for reputed company platform issues, resolving reputed company bugs, API discrepancies, or display errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Learning Technologies, Systems Administration or similar concentration or equivalent practical experience required.
• Certified reputed company Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically designing and managing environments reputed company the reputed company platform preferred.
• Certified client-facing LMS Administrator with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience designing and managing learning environments required
• Proven experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and integrating LMS platforms with reputed company-party tools reputed company reputed company or reputed company connectors.
• Preferred experience working reputed company a Training Services or Customer Education business model (e.g. selling training as a product).
• 3-5 years E-learning and Instructional Design background with various authoring tools preferred (reputed company, reputed company, etc)

• This role primarily requires:
