Job Summary
As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages, and selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients. You'll work closely with our reputed company team to ensure seamless client reputed company and approval processes. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
- Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over reputed company video calls
- Selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients
- Completing applications for insurance products
- Reporting daily numbers and tracking reputed company
- Attending optional training classes to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Completing tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage

Minimum Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
- Life Insurance License (If you don't have one, license fees will apply)
