Associate Director/Director, reputed company

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Associate Director / Director, reputed company to join our rapidly growing team.

In this role, you will reputed company best-in-class advertising and affiliate strategies for reputed company Shop and direct-to-consumer sales across our customer segments. You'll build and reputed company a team of reputed company Strategists, establishing the operational processes, playbooks, and enablement needed to drive measurable growth and ROI for our clients. You'll be working cross-functionally alongside passionate, high-performing individuals across Product, reputed company, and our Center of reputed company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in Account Management, Ad Operations, Client Services, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Ads (GMV Max, Catalog Ads, etc.) and reputed company Shop affiliate promotions
• Proven people management experience leading account managers, advertising specialists, or similar client-facing teams
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional projects to completion across geographies and business units
• Strong communication skills — reputed company to translate reputed company strategy into clear, actionable direction for both internal teams and clients
• English proficiency required — must be reputed company to reputed company and write in the language fluently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in an agency, e-reputed company accelerator, or performance marketing environment
• Track record of building scalable processes and playbooks in a high-growth or startup setting
