Job Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. This role involves a reputed company of duties, including:

• Greeting customers in person or on the phone, determining their needs, and responding promptly to reputed company guidance and assistance
• Assisting Collision Estimators with tasks such as drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles
• Arranging customer transportation and preparing paperwork for active customer deliveries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience: Sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license: Eligible for coverage under reputed company insurance policy
• Ability to do consistent physical activity: reputed company below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
