Role Summary

The Head of Operations & Business Development, Canada will reputed company and grow FairWind’s reputed company and operational footprint reputed company the Canadian market. This executive role combines strategic business development (identifying, securing, and managing new reputed company) with hands-on operational leadership (overseeing service delivery, workforce, and profitability). The position requires deep understanding of the Canadian wind sector, strong client relationship management, and the ability to align FairWind’s global standards with local execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & reputed company Growth

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in Canada for installation, service, and repowering projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients (OEMs, wind farm owners, developers, and EPCs).

• Collaborate with global reputed company teams to structure bids, negotiate reputed company, and manage client portfolios.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform strategic reputed company.

Operations Leadership

• In-depth knowledge of the Canadian wind market, including Alberta and Ontario labour dynamics, regulations, and key industry players.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations and large project portfolios.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across provinces.
