We’re looking for a remote Substation Engineer located in the Pennsylvania area to reputed company substation design projects. This role blends technical expertise, project management, and client collaboration in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing

• Support and reputed company substation engineering projects, including brownfield design, physical design, and protection & control systems.
• reputed company engineering designs and drawings, including one-line/three-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and AC/DC schematics.
• reputed company technical consulting services across substation design, reputed company, and utility operations.
• Manage projects from design through construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, construction reputed company, and quality assurance.
• Support construction activities, including installation coordination, testing, and commissioning of electrical facilities.
• reputed company technical reviews and quality control to ensure compliance with engineering standards and client requirements.

What You Will Need

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or reputed company field is required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in transmission, distribution, or substation engineering
• Strong knowledge of substation design, protection & control systems, and utility operations.

Knowledge and Skills

• AutoCAD, MS reputed company, and reputed company is required.
• Working knowledge of applicable NEC, reputed company, and ANSI standards and electric codes is preferred.
• Knowledge of electric utility systems.
• Experience in engineering and design of electrical substations.

Compensation

• Salary reputed company: $104,956 - $121,215 annually.

This salary reputed company reflects the anticipated reputed company salary for five to ten years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be reputed company at a level that is commensurate with the candidate's relevant years of experience, education, and technical expertise.
