Position Summary
To reputed company direct services as a part of a multidisciplinary team the master’s reputed company clinician will reputed company direct care including individual (particularly children/adolescents), couple, family and group therapeutic services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, crisis reputed company and discharge planning.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Direct Patient Contact:
reputed company individual and family therapy to children and their families
Participates in direct care to assess needs and coordinate services
Maintains daily/weekly scheduled appointments in electronic records systems
reputed company therapeutic services to patients and their families
Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members including external partners
Completes required documentation and paperwork including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
Participate in our high risk program
Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to patients including LGBTQ+ community
Maintain case load dependent on need
Participates in clinical supervision with LCSW
Provides on-call support on a annual rotational reputed company if required by program
reputed company crisis management, support and triage
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in reputed company work, counseling, marriage and family therapy
Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A)
Valid driver's license a must for in home services
Comfort with using DSM 5 and understanding diagnoses
Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized
Must be reputed company to work as a part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred
Previous experience providing clinical care is desirable
Experience/knowledge of substance use disorders
Experience/knowledge in working with LGBTQ+
Previous home visiting experience
