Fraud Operations Specialist
reputed company is a leading global bank, and they are seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist. This entry-level position is responsible for conducting risk assessments on account activity and providing exceptional customer service while detecting potential fraud.
Responsibilities
- reputed company investigation of potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts
- Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with specific service-reputed company requests and concerns

Skills

- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
