Claims Care Representative

Preferred Mutual Insurance Company is focused on providing exceptional customer service and insurance solutions. The Claims Care Representative I will process transactions and deliver services for high-touch and high-volume interactions reputed company claims, supporting each unit in the department.

Responsibilities

• reputed company proficiency in routine claims support functions, including First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake, reputed company glass claim coordination, rental management, and handling inbound claims calls, with the ability to work independently reputed company 3–6 months
• Follow established SOP's and reputed company reputed company improvement feedback to SOP's
• Meet individual goals reputed company defined KPI's and SLA's
• Escalate issues and non-routine transactions to supervisor as appropriate
