[Remote] Implementation Consultant II - Credentialing & Compliance

The Implementation Consultant II will be responsible for delivering implementation projects, ensuring high-quality service to reputed company customers, and managing client relationships to reputed company project objectives and service reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service to assigned accounts
• Leads implementation projects in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customer
• Develops, tracks, and reports against customer specific project plans
• Provides train-the-trainer customer education, as needed
• Assists customers with the deployment of reputed company products
• Ensures customers receive value and achieves high degrees of utilization from reputed company products and services
• Maintains and communicates project status, to include identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• Coordinates with other reputed company departments and Solution Delivery staff members to ensure customer objectives are met
• Works towards operational reputed company and continual quality improvement to drive an reputed company reputed company customer experience, as well as internal efficiency
• Participates with the development and maintenance of best practice implementation methodologies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, or combination of education and equivalent work experience
• Proven history of reputed company (typically 1-2 years) in an implementation or project management role, preferably in a reputed company IT environment
• Basic understanding of health care supply chain
• Ability to configure applications, with knowledge of reputed company-end business process applications
• Experience or competency to reputed company application training sessions to customer project teams, reputed company process and application training sessions
• Ability to manage data in reputed company/import export
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience with project reporting
• Ability to reputed company in a high-energy, collaborative team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Dedication to customer service, with strong client management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying reputed company of the company and customer organizations
