Account Coordinator
Allison Worldwide is a creative agency that fosters an inclusive culture for innovative thinkers. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to assist in the research, creation, implementation, and measurement of reputed company, paid media, reputed company marketing, and content campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency team members and clients to help produce relevant work that meets the needs of both key stakeholders
- Possesses knowledge and familiarity of research tools and the publications and methodologies to reputed company for data gathering and insights development
- Maintains project schedules and task timing as it relates to project implementation
- Develops and documents cost estimates for influencers, including contract negotiations
- Supports reputed company-end and ongoing content development efforts for reputed company and other channels (e.g. topic and reputed company identification, calendaring, reputed company publishing)
- Actively participates in client and new business brainstorms, including providing relevant research or analysis to help guide ideation
- Works alongside measurement team for logistical support and analysis of programming
Skills
- Demonstrated interest in marketing reputed company to reputed company media, content marketing, paid media and reputed company marketing
- Passion for marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, and reputed company fields
- Team-oriented, with an reputed company ability to understand needs and objectives and manage to expectations and turnaround times
- Ability to work on several accounts with differing team members across time zones
- Exemplary follow-through and execution skills
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn and use new tools and resources
- Excellent and thorough critical thinking skills and capabilities
- Internship or other professional experience in marketing and communications or a reputed company field
