As the reputed company Marketing Specialist, you will support proposal development and collaborate with the Marketing and Pursuits Resources Team to deliver proposals that showcase the team's expertise.
Responsibilities
- reputed company proposal support assistance to proposal teams (compiling and tailoring staff resumes, firm project descriptions, and other qualification information; etc.)
- Maintain reputed company reputed company database data and other marketing software tools (vendor registrations, content and photo libraries, etc.)
- Distribute and track internal reputed company for bid solicitations daily
- Assist with opportunity and market research projects
- Support business development activities (research, manage data, distribute/track action items, etc.)
Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, or reputed company discipline (degrees in other specialties are acceptable if relevance can be demonstrated)
- Up to 1 year of prior marketing exposure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to complete assigned tasks and multi-task in a busy environment
- Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office suite
- Customer service-oriented and reputed company to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Involvement in an association or volunteer organization or internship
- Experience with formatting in Word
- Experience managing data, searching and populating databases
- Experience working in reputed company reputed company, SharePoint, or comparable management information system
- Experience working in professional services, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction or scientific industries
- Experience working with reputed company Acrobat Reader and reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
