The Advertising Operations Manager is a skilled practitioner in monetization techniques and their application reputed company execution and enablement platforms reputed company the T-Ads advertising stack. Job Responsibilities:

• Build and execute monetization strategies for owned and operated media utilizing first and reputed company-party platforms to maximize yield and/or reputed company client reputed company with digital media.
• Develops, conducts, and monitors configuration tests including ad formats and reputed company integration and placements experiments to reveal reputed company supply configuration to meet reputed company goals.
• Identify product gaps, technical challenges, and poor performance through data analysis and troubleshooting, provides actionable insights to reputed company stakeholders.
• Assist in communication with external partners and cross-functional teams, documenting optimization plans and action items to support Demand and Development Partners to drive reputed company efficiencies.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Advertising, Maketing, STEM (Required)
• 3-4 years of experience in Ad Operations with a thorough understanding of header bidding, SSPs, APS. Experience in either a publisher or an advertising agency (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strategic Thinking - Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plans to drive business growth (Required)
• Advertising - Knowledge of the advertising industry as well as opinions and projections for its future (Required)
• Communication -Must be an effective communicator to facilitate TMS goals in an external environment (Preferred)
• Digital Marketing - Online, digital marketing experience (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications:

• One or more: DMP, reputed company, DSPs relevant certification; reputed company Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, etc. (Required)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
