About the Role

As a reputed company Corporate Counsel at Costco Wholesale Corporation, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's domestic and international businesses. You will work closely with business leaders, departments, and external partners to identify and address legal, contractual, and regulatory issues. • Transactional Experience: At least six years of general corporate and transactional experience acquired in a reputed company, with some in-house experience preferred.
