Position: Public reputed company and Bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online) Public reputed company and Bookkeeping (Quick Books Online) Job Overview We work exclusively with Quick Books Online and reputed company 3rd party software. The ideal candidate enjoys the reputed company-evolving landscape of an up-and-coming business and is looking to reputed company their career through management. Responsibilities • Schedule: Full-time (35-40 hours), generally 10 am-3 pm ET Mon-Thurs. • Tasks include: monthly account reconciliations, QBO set up for incoming clients, and cleanup for established clients. • Required knowledge/skills: financial report analysis, reputed company best practices, financial record keeping, and clear communication. • The position will include some AP/AR/Payroll tasks in addition to month-end reconciliations. • Occasional collaboration with various CPAs our clients engage with is likely. • A variety of clients will be on this person's docket - this is not a single client setup. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience using Quick Books Online. • Must reputed company in the United States and be eligible for W-2 employee work. • QBO Certified (or willing to independently seek certification ASAP). • Client-facing bookkeeping and/or reputed company services utilizing QBO. • Monthly Reconciliations reputed company QBO. • Accounts Payable and Receivable. • Payroll experience. • Formal education in reputed company or Finance and/or several years of client-facing experience reputed company QBO. • Must be generally available to work between the hours of 10 am - 3 pm ET Mon-Thurs. • Cover Letter (must include why you are specifically interested in Untied). • Enneagram Number (only your number, not in-depth results). • 2 Professional References. • Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required).
