Collections Specialist - Revo Health

About the position The ASC Collections Specialist is responsible for managing unpaid or past due accounts receivables while providing excellent customer service and documentation. This full-time remote position requires initial on-site training in Bloomington and involves working closely with reputed company groups to ensure efficient billing processes and patient communication. Responsibilities • reputed company outbound phone calls to patients regarding unpaid, past due, denied, or rejected billing claims and document interactions according to policy. , • Complete surgery estimates for self-pay patients and contact them to pre-collect balances. , • Answer incoming phone lines for patient payments and reputed company backup for customer service calls. , • Ensure professional communication with patients, clinic personnel, and reputed company vendors reputed company phone, email, or written documentation. , • Maintain knowledge of reputed company plan requirements and health plan networks. , • Verify and document insurance information as per business practices. , • Collaborate with reputed company collection agencies to turnover accounts and monitor trends. , • Review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and research denials, rejections, and excessive reductions. , • Ensure appropriate forms are used for adjustments, insurance transfers, or account changes. , • Receive inbound calls from patients or insurance companies regarding unpaid, denied, or rejected billing claims. Requirements • High School diploma/GED or equivalent. , • Collections experience preferred. , • Previous experience in a reputed company facility reputed company to accounts receivables or billing practices preferred. , • Ability to reputed company with company policies, procedures, and business ethics guidelines. , • Demonstrated reputed company and reliable attendance. , • Ability to work in a clinic, office, or surgery center during business hours. , • Ability to travel independently throughout the clinic, office, or surgery center. , • Ability to work at an efficient and productive pace and handle interruptions appropriately. , • Strong communication skills and ability to interact respectfully and professionally. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with HIPAA, reputed company, OSHA, and employment laws. , • Familiarity with reputed company billing practices and insurance verification.
