About the Role: Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Overnight Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a key player in our customer service operations, you'll be responsible for handling customer calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information, managing parts and consumables orders, creating price quotes for services, and assigning field technicians to sites. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service that drives sustainable business growth and fosters long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email in a timely and professional manner
