[Remote] Project Coordinator – Award Winning Facilities Firm

Freshco is an award-winning facilities firm seeking a Project Coordinator to service multi-site clients in reputed company America. The role involves collaborating with Project Managers to prepare, plan, and execute projects while representing the company positively with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers to finalize pricing of the projects
• Manage and schedule Contractors
• Communicate with clients
• Work with Contractors, Invoicing team, Site Supervisors, and Projects team to ensure projects are completed as per plan
• Relationship building and attentiveness to client needs
• The ability to move quickly, recommend processes for improved efficiency and meet demanding timelines

Skills

• General trade and industry knowledge
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position
• Advanced organization skills with the ability to prioritize ongoing tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with contractors and clients on cost of work and timelines

• Ability to work effectively and independently from a local Freshco office or remotely
