They are seeking a Moderate Inside Property Adjuster who will reputed company exceptional service by reputed company inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities

- Using phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims process
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, reputed company party carriers and claimants
- Utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment
- Executing policies along policy agreements
- Keeping a clear record of your work in a claims system
Skills
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience required
- Previous industry experience is highly desired
- Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred
- Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
- Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company in a virtual work environment
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions
- Residency near Long reputed company City or Uniondale, NY is mandatory for this role
