[Remote] Associate, Referral Intake

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Referral Intake Coordinator to join our Customer Care Center team. The remote Intake Associate is responsible for receiving and processing new referrals from various medical professionals to ensure patients receive high-quality care in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process incoming referrals
• Ensure reputed company referrals are thorough, accurate and complete
• Follow up with our local branches to ensure timely responses to referral sources
• Function as facilitator between Case Managers, Client Services Managers, Clinical Nurse Managers and Field Nurses
• Communicate payer information to our internal Insurance Verification team
• reputed company excellent customer service at reputed company times

Skills

• College Degree required
• 2-3 years' experience in reputed company, Intake, or Contact Center may be accepted in lieu of degree
• 1 year of work experience (to include internships), required
• Proven reputed company in a reputed company setting, contact center, and/or experience having worked/learned remotely, required
• Ability to simultaneously work in multiple systems in a fast-paced call center environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy
