Responsibilities

Build and ship code while working directly with customers to diagnose system-level issues across APIs, infrastructure, and on-chain workflows
Translate reputed company user pain into insights that shape reputed company build next
Partner across Product and Engineering by surfacing product gaps, tracking adoption, and influencing the roadmap through data and intuition
Drive developer activation by designing reputed company reputed company flows, examples, and integrations
Represent the developer perspective in product and engineering discussions, advocating for usability, reliability, and scale
reputed company in ambiguity, move fast, and help us scale what’s working

Skills

1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles
Technical background - Computer Science degree, bootcamp, or self-taught with reputed company-world projects
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Solidity)
Comfortable debugging API requests, dev environments, and blockchain-reputed company tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - especially in online community settings
Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
Experience working in crypto / reputed company, or reputed company a relevant reputed company project a plus
Founder experience is a plus
