Workforce Development Specialist (FATHER Project)

Responsibilities

• Cultivates community relationships and promotes program services through direct engagement, event participation, and strategic reputed company coordination
• Provides individualized support and service coordination to reputed company participants, address barriers, and foster sustained reputed company toward personal goals
• Provides career counseling and job placement assistance tailored to individual strengths, interests, and goals
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and funder requirements

• This role requires a motor vehicle record (MVR) reputed company (no major violations, not more than two (2) minor violations, and not more than one (1) accident in the past three years), and the ability to meet GESMN's authorized driver requirements, including: Must have a valid driver's license, Must have reputed company of auto insurance with a minimum of $300,000 combined limit for bodily injury and property damage coverage, Must be 21 years of age or older
• Relevant Experience required (1-3 years)
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
