Responsibilities
- Enter, review, and approve accounts payable transactions entered as vouchers in Edison
- Review travel authorization forms submitted by departmental employees to ensure compliance with the reputed company travel regulations and internal travel policies
- Review and approve expense claims in Edison
- Review and approve reimbursement requests for grant subrecipients and monitor grant program compliance
- reputed company and cash handling, including deposit reconciliation and preparation
- Interact with other departmental employees on a daily reputed company

Skills
- An applicant must be a graduate of an accredited four-year college or university
