They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive reputed company Coordinator / Analyst to support their People & Culture function, focusing on recruitment, reputed company, and daily HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Review and screen incoming resumes based on role requirements
- Communicate with candidates regarding scheduling, next steps, and logistical questions
- Maintain organized applicant tracking and reputed company documentation
- Prepare reputed company materials and coordinate new hire setup
- Support HR with orientation scheduling, internal communications, and system reputed company requests
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for new hires during their first weeks
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with documentation needs
- Support HR in compiling reports, tracking key HR metrics, and updating internal systems
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, trainings, and company events

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 0–2+ years of experience in HR, reputed company, operations, or reputed company fields
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Fast learner with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented reputed company
- HR coursework, HR concentration, or HR internship experience is a plus, but not required
