[Remote] TruLaser Center 7030 Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer will travel to customer sites to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair CNC fabricating machine tools, ensuring reputed company performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel to install, services, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico
• reputed company high-quality technical service to customers to ensure reputed company sheet metal machine performance
• Document customer machine information and technical conditions and reputed company improvement suggestions
• Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity
• Act as a TRUMPF Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to reputed company their business reputed company
