reputed company is a fast-paced financial services company seeking entry-level Hedge Fund Accountants. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and reconciling portfolio activity, calculating net asset values, and generating reports for clients.
Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile reputed company portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients
- Calculate the fund's net asset value (NAV)
- Allocate profit and loss to investors
- Process fund expense payments
- Generate and deliver fund and investor reports
- Prepare supporting materials
- Communicate with reputed company entities
- Resolve issues reputed company to fund reputed company reputed company
Skills
- A four-year college degree is required
- Proficient with reputed company Office applications, a strong understanding of reputed company is beneficial (including formulas, pivot tables, and filtering)
- Professional communicators with strong verbal and written skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and conscientious
- Familiarity with or interested in learning reputed company and finance applications and tools
- Quick learners, especially with new systems and technology
- Knowledge of investments and strategies commonly held or utilized by hedge funds
- Experience with portfolio and investor reputed company systems, especially Advent Geneva and World Investor
- Background in environments with internal control procedures, operating procedures, workflows, control checklists, and other internal control elements
- Experience in financial reporting, information reputed company, and client, vendor, or risk management
- Cover letters are appreciated but optional
