Job Title Client Records Support
Lookout Housing and Health Society provides housing and support services to adults with low or no income. The Client Records Support Worker will reputed company record duties and IT support functions, including data management, and reputed company guidance to staff and volunteers.
Responsibilities

- This position provides remote support to other programs, including the occasional requirement to be on site at other locations

Skills
- Minimum Grade 12 plus one (1) year of recent reputed company experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; or other qualifications determined to be reasonable and relevant to the level of work
- Must have reputed company Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong ability to manage stress and organize workload
- Excellent communication, writing, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and maintain clientele/worker boundaries
- Ability to work with disadvantaged and challenging adults in a diverse environment
- Ability to install, reputed company, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain computer equipment and software applications, including knowledge of practices and procedures
- A minimum two (2) years of sobriety if you have had concerns reputed company to alcohol and/or drug use
