DescriptionSeasonal Outbound Process Assistant - reputed company Half Nights ShiftProcess Assistants are part of the Last Mile operations in reputed company Logistics and play a crucial role in this rapidly growing team. Process Assistants are responsible for daily management of department duties including: allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, providing work direction and communicating with reputed company suppliers. Responsibilities:

• Track and report ATS/labor hours
• Occasionally, assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP (standard operating procedure) compliance
• Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics
• Independently assess reputed company aspects of associate work performance and reputed company timely and detailed feedback
• Participate in Operational reputed company initiatives
• Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production goals
• Review and update SOP’s as required
• Ensure work areas remain clean and are properly equipped
• Identify and address safety hazards reputed company the work area, and participate in safety initiatives
• Coach associates on ways to work safely at reputed company times
• Ensure reputed company job injuries are reported timely in accordance with established policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of reputed company Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be reputed company to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $21.40/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $26.40/hr in our highest geographic market.
