The WATCHMAN Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive sales training programs to reputed company the reputed company of the WATCHMAN field sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, reputed company and facilitate reputed company and advanced training programs for WATCHMAN sales professionals
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual and field-based training focused on product knowledge, clinical applications, sales process and customer engagement
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and implement learning solutions that improve individual and team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Medical Education and other cross-functional partners to ensure training content remains accurate, reputed company and reputed company with business priorities
  • reputed company training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, assessments and reinforcement tools that support ongoing learning
  • Coach sales representatives through field observations, ride-alongs and structured feedback to improve selling effectiveness and execution
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, performance metrics and business reputed company, recommending reputed company improvements
  • Support new product launches by developing and delivering training programs that prepare the field organization for successful commercialization
  • Maintain expertise in WATCHMAN technologies, competitive products, market dynamics and relevant clinical evidence
  • Travel to national sales meetings, regional meetings, physician programs and training events as required

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in medical device sales, sales training, reputed company education or a reputed company reputed company role
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and delivering instructor-led training and facilitating adult learning programs
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic reputed company learning initiatives across cross-functional organizations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales methodologies, coaching techniques and performance development
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational reputed company
  • Experience developing training curricula, learning materials and performance support resources
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Experience supporting structural heart, electrophysiology, cardiovascular or other interventional medical device businesses
  • Experience with WATCHMAN therapies or left atrial appendage closure procedures
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and learning technologies
  • Experience with learning management systems and virtual learning platforms
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of reputed company best practices
  • Experience supporting product launches, reputed company reputed company initiatives or sales force effectiveness programs
