We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer Offshore to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from reputed company in the world.

As a Customer Service Officer Offshore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers located in Singapore. You will assist them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support reputed company email, live chat, and phone calls. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company accurate information and assistance
