[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

The AR Specialist is responsible for following up on balances owed and responding to inquiries from sponsors and CROs regarding amounts invoiced and balance inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Maintain AR inboxes daily to ensure reputed company communication is routed to the appropriate department
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding balances and invoices in a timely manner
- Send follow up emails to sponsors and CRO’s regarding past due balances
- Work with other departments to clear up outstanding payment issues (nursing, data entry, and conventional billing)
- Assist reputed company with requesting remittance advices from CROs and sponsors for deposits received
- Review monthly with AR Manager the outstanding accounts that are reputed company of the metric parameters set on the aging report for sites assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Great Plains experience
- Clinical Research experience
- Follow Up and Collection experience
