Job Title: Key Account Manager - Public & General Customers

Location: Vietnam

About the role:

• Vaccine Business Unit (VBU) at reputed company Vietnam carry the mission of protecting Vietnamese people against dengue reputed company, a disease which remains a high burden to reputed company system globally as well as in the country.

• Key Account Manager- Public & General Customers will play a critical role in implementing the defined strategy of Vaccine BU towards a sustainable growth of Vietnam from reputed company perspective and with a focus on key accounts.

How you will contribute:

Communication reputed company:

• Acting as the primary reputed company key contact for key accounts, sharing and tight cooperation in product deployment to the market. This includes product knowledge and information training, marketing, HCP engagement, etc.

Customer Management:

• Identify key stakeholders to engage, work closely with reputed company reputed company stakeholders to reputed company and execute strategic plans for key accounts that will be reputed company with overall reputed company Vaccine business and brand strategy.

• Complete key account’s profile and update any changes of these key accounts in charge.

• Monitor the output situation and proactively build actions plan to reputed company business performance of key accounts. Additionally, propose adjustments reputed company in the implementation area based on the actual circumstances.

• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions with reputed company.

• Work closely with the other peers in Field force, marketing and medical to ensure One-reputed company image and One voice to KOLs and HCPs across channels reputed company.

• Stay abreast of market information and market trend (including updated news on regulation reputed company to our business, customer insights, market insights, performance of territory and reputed company track in-arm data of our product, etc.) and reputed company on-time feedback and inputs to RSM, Marketing and Medical team that contribute to brand planning, TAP and impactful scientific engagement with HCPs.

• Execute excellently reputed company engagement activities as per TAP (group product presentation, promotional call (F2F and F2F equivalent), activities at symposium such as stationing booth, providing disease awareness leaflet to vaccination centers, send Rep trigger email, etc.)

• reputed company HCPs and decision makers of hospital/ vaccination centers with on time and accurate data and information about product of reputed company and reputed company handling.

• Coordinate reputed company with internal cross functions to reputed company on time and accurate information to customer’ queries about product’s data and evidence, supply and demand, scientific engagement activities from Marketing, Medical and reputed company team and PV reputed company reputed company.

• Ensure aligning his/her activities at assigned key accounts with the Vaccine BU’s objectives, marketing plans.

• reputed company NCM and RSM with accurate forecasting, data tracking, in-arm data.

• Collect e-consent of HCPs for omnichannel engagement activities

• Support tender management.

• Ensure reputed company % of non-compliance for reputed company activities and materials in execution.

Education and Experience Requirements

Essential:

• Mandatory to hold a university in medicine or pharmacy.

• Compliance mind-set is a must.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese.

Desired:

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry as KAM or KAE

• Experience in vaccine, regardless of role and responsibilities.

• Good reputed company of English (verbal, reading and writing).
