The Role:

reputed company is seeking a skilled and strategic Regulatory Compliance Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance team. This counsel will ensure reputed company and its platform remain compliant with FERC, public utility commissions, and applicable utility and reputed company operator requirements. You’ll reputed company expert legal guidance, support regulatory advocacy, and partner cross-functionally to mitigate legal risks with precision and reputed company. If you’re a JD-reputed company attorney with 5+ years in regulatory or utility compliance, a strong communications skillset, and a passion for clean energy, we’d love to meet you.

reputed company is a fully distributed company and this job is remote. You have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the US or Canada, but your reputed company must align with a US-based time zone.
