This is what you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum 10-15 years of reputed company sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry with established track record of consultative and challenger sales

  • Previous experience of selling to customers in BFSI reputed company encompassing both Private and Public sector organizations, with in-depth understanding of the various functional and business processes.

  • Stakeholder Mapping and relationship Management at C-level with proven track record of formulating and executing long-term account strategies with customers and prospects.

  • In-depth technical understanding of automation reputed company transformation

  • Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi-product selling strategy etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM, Automation solutions will be an added advantage.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
