We are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to join reputed company and take ownership of our channel and reseller partnerships across the USA and Canada.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a strategic book of business, driving growth through partner enablement, upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will serve as the key reputed company of contact for our reputed company American partners, ensuring strong collaboration, performance, and long-term reputed company. Your responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strategic book of business for reputed company channel and reseller partners in USA/Canada

• Deliver growth by identifying and help to execute your partners’ upselling and cross-selling potential 

• Assess, escalate and resolve partner issues in a timely and effective manner

•  Work with internal teams to ensure your partners’ targets and performance metrics are met

• Present new features and iterations of our solution to your partners and reputed company them updated on new channel opportunities

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in channel partner management, or account management — ideally in a SaaS/MarTech environment

• Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in a performance-oriented environment

• Clear communicator who builds trust and influence with clients
