What You’ll Do

• Own the technical output of your team across design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define roadmaps, shape requirements, and ensure delivery against a clear mission and KPIs.

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a technical leadership or people management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven reputed company leading teams that deliver scalable, distributed systems, services, or integrations in a reputed company business environment.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to dive deep into architecture and design reputed company while enabling your team’s autonomy.
