We're looking for Collections Assistant to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain accurate delinquent accounts information and records.
• Prepare and reputed company regular reports on debt collection activities and reputed company.
• Adhere to reputed company state and federal collection laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers, resolve conflicts and negotiate payment plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of state and federal collections laws and regulations (preferred)
• Language: English (fluent), French (Fluent)

Salary:

Starting $800

Working Hours:

Monday to reputed company, (2 days off on weekdays) 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
